Export gives you your account data in a machine-readable form: your profile, tasks, flows, projects and the threads you are part of.

Deletion removes your account and the content attached to it. It is not reversible, and it cannot be undone by signing up again with the same address.

What survives deletion. Records tied to a completed transaction — invoices, payment records — are kept, because they are required for tax and accounting purposes and are not ours alone to erase. Messages in a thread with another party may remain visible to that party for the same reason a sent email does not vanish from the recipient's inbox.

Requests are honoured whether or not you have a plan. Export and deletion are rights, not features of a tier.
